Spa Policy

In order to provide you with the best service, we ask the following:

  • All clients arrive 15 minutes prior to service being rendered.
  • Any service over $40 be secured with a credit card.
  • Children not be left unattended at any time during services.
  • All cell phones remain on silent to ensure relaxation of all client .

Cancellation Policy:

To avoid a no-show fee, we ask that you call at least 24 hours prior to your appointment on spa services (massage, facial, body wrap).

Cancellations of less than 24 hours or no-show will be charged at 100%. Payment will be taken directly from the credit card or gift certificate on file. If you will be more than 15 minutes late, we may ask you to reschedule you appointment.
